GREAT WORDS

"There is scarcely a man who is not conscious of the benefits which his own mind has received from the performance of single acts of benevolence. How strange that so few of us try a course of the same medicine!"
- John Frederick Boyes

Benevolence Missions are self-imposed tasks (or personal goals) to perform random acts of benevolence for others...
The Benevolence Plan: Complete Benevolence Missions once daily, once weekly, and once monthly. You can either choose to perform the suggested Benevolence Missions posted on the front page, choose from our Master Lists, or make up your own.
Daily Benevolence Missions include smaller things such as picking up the phone and calling five (5) people you know and complimenting them somehow, or putting money in a parking meter that ran out.
Weekly Benevolence Missions can be anything from carpooling for somebody, to buying lunch for a coworker or classmate.
Monthly Benevolence Missions are a little more exciting. For example, paying for the movie of the third person behind you in line at the theater, or during a hot day, find some street construction workers repairing the road and hand them some ice-cold sodas or water bottles.
All of the suggested Benevolence Missions are randomly selected from our Master List...

Note: There are going to be plenty of times where you'll see somebody in need of immediate help from a stranger (i.e. their car broke down in the middle of the street and they need help pushing it over to the side). Obviously, you can't make accidents like these your missions, so we encourage you to either replace them with one of your current missions, or simply add them... Emergencies are far more important than planning; take advantage of your ability to aide those in need of immediate help!
